Mark Coffey
(PSM, GAICD)
Company Director
Mark has lived and worked in the Territory for nearly 40 years, and has extensive experience in senior roles across federal, state and local governments. He has a deep understanding of how policy interacts with service delivery, regional leadership and the importance of community engagement to achieve outcomes. He has also delivered multi-tiered placed based programs to improve opportunities and supports for remote Aboriginal communities.
Mark is committed to supporting regional and remote Australia, and leads by example in everything he does. Mark has a level-head, and the ability to think clearly and bring clarity, particularly when working in complex spaces.

Dr. Ruth Mirams
Principal Consultant
Ruth’s expertise spans policy design, implementation and evaluation, with a focus on practical outcomes that both meet the aspirations of communities and align with government priorities. Ruth has worked for over 20 years in the space between Government and communities, having led major projects across the energy, environment, economic development, entrepreneurial and social policy sectors.
Ruth joined the Centred Solutions team in 2024, where her skills and experience in solving complex challenges, and building consensus to ensure that all stakeholders are brought on the journey continues to strengthen the work we deliver.

Kaitlyn Lawton
Projects Coordinator
Kaitlyn is a local Central Australian Indigenous woman with over 9 years experience in not-for-profit Indigenous corporations and state / Territory government. Most recently Kaitlyn has gained valuable experience in private enterprise, emerging as Operations Manager for her husband Troy’s successful local Indigenous company. Utilising her first-hand experience in resource coordination, Kaitlyn provides solid organisational practice and support to Centred Solutions and their wide variety of projects

Fionn Griffin
Company Director
Fionn has lived and worked in the Territory for over 20 years, and has held senior roles across all levels of Government, non-government, not-for-profit and private sectors. As a consultant she has guided and supported many clients through strategic planning, project planning and management, business planning, organisational reviews and workforce development in the remote context.
Fionn specialises in creating a strong foundation of shared understanding that leads to action-focus outcomes within organisation, and partnerships across communities and stakeholder groups. She supports people to understand what they need to contribute, where there are gaps, as well as opportunities for long-term change.

Lucy Regter
Senior Consultant
Lucy moved to Alice Springs to gain skills and experiences from a regional perspective. Her former role with the Department for Environment and Water saw her assist in the delivery of the Protected Areas Program, which included investigating and assessing different land tenures and working with land holders and Traditional Owners, to proclaim new additions to parks and reserves.
