Mark Coffey
(PSM, GAICD)

Mark has lived and worked in the Territory for nearly 40 years, and has extensive experience in senior roles across federal, state and local governments. He has a deep understanding of how policy interacts with service delivery, regional leadership and the importance of community engagement to achieve outcomes. He has also delivered multi-tiered placed based programs to improve opportunities and supports for remote Aboriginal communities.
Mark is committed to supporting regional and remote Australia, and leads by example in everything he does. Mark has a level-head, and the ability to think clearly and bring clarity, particularly when working in complex spaces.

Dr. Anna Flouris

Anna has worked in partnership with communities, leadership groups and all levels of government for almost 20 years, including more than 15 years in regional and remote Northern Territory contexts. She has held senior roles across the not-for-profit sector, academia, government and private sector, with expertise in community consultation, program and social policy development, staff management, and research and evaluation.

Anna leads with a relationship-building approach and a strong commitment to genuine partnership. She is passionate about grass-roots community development and has delivered community-led, place-based work across the youth, family and kinship, education, alcohol and other drugs, and social policy sectors. Anna is known for taking the time to do things properly and ensuring the priorities of communities, organisations and stakeholders are well aligned

Fionn Griffin

(GAICD, GDipMgt)

Fionn has lived and worked in the Territory for over 20 years, and has held senior roles across all levels of Government, non-government, not-for-profit and private sectors. As a consultant she has guided and supported many clients through strategic planning, project planning and management, business planning, organisational reviews and workforce development in the remote context.
Fionn specialises in creating a strong foundation of shared understanding that leads to action-focus outcomes within organisation, and partnerships across communities and stakeholder groups. She supports people to understand what they need to contribute, where there are gaps, as well as opportunities for long-term change.
